Parking in our community is a top priority. When our community was constructed, builders were required to show that a community has enough parking allocated per unit. The builders used our garage spaces to meet that parking quota for Hawthorne. Our community has parking rules to help keep our community clear and safe for all drivers and pedestrians.
Here are some common rules you should be aware of
-Your garage is your first parking option.
-Your driveway is your second parking option.
-You can only have ONE car on the street in approved parking areas (with no yellow fire lane striping).
-Your car back bumper can NOT hang over the edge of the walkways and black top of the road
-You may not park in the yellow lines
-You can be fined and/towed at your expense for blocking a neighbors driveway or a firelane
-You cannot park in front of the mailboxes
