Weekly Landscaping Maintenance

As of 2016, our local landscaping company that maintains the grounds at Hawthorne is Signature Landscaping. They cut the back slopes in rotating schedules so the grass does not stay short throughout the year.

The front gardens are maintained but not embellished as they are not plant designers.

The front entry circle has season foliage added throughout the year.

Dead plants are removed and or replaced. Trees are trimmed up to 10 feet.

City of Woodinville has a limit on tree removals, which include dead trees so trees can not be removed upon request for views, shade and/or other non safety related issues.

Owners are allowed to have 1 hanging basket in their front area and 1 in their back area as well as potted plants.
