If you have ants, please contact our management company . Using poison tends to increase the problem as the ants will repopulate.

Rodents Mouse traps in the garage or home are the responsibility of the homeowners.

Parking your car inside your garage is a good idea as rodents love to nest in your warm engine during the evening.
