April 2016 Drainage project update

The HOA board has been working for a few years on removing above ground drainage pipes around the property. As we have discretionary funds, we continue to add below ground drainage and remove the pipes. As of April 2016, the board is removing another black drainage pipe behind buildings on 154th.

Some of these drainage pipes have also been replaced in the retaining wall project in 2016.
