What can I do on my Patio or Deck?

Our decks and front patios are limited common elements. They fall under certain guidelines as defined in our CC&R's.

Here are some common do's and don'ts regarding your patio and deck areas.

Do's

Potted plants

2 Hanging Planter Baskets in total allowed

Gas or charcoal BBQ - as long as it is not near the siding (Our vinyl siding can melt and homeowners are billed for damages)

Keep it clean from debris

Powerwash with a gentle power washer. Careful not to get too close to cement as it erodes our sidewalks.

Use salt in the winter to avoid ice (community salt buckets are held by neighbors on each street.)

Don'ts

No garbage or debris - no long term storage

No garbage cans allowed in front of units except for the day of and 24 hours after pickup of garbage bins

No wood burning or fake wood burning devices (BBQ's, Fire Pits, Chimeneas, etc.)

Severe neglect of a patio or deck or storing junk/furniture beyond patio furniture

No Loud parties or noise past 10pm noise restrictions
