Roof Replacement Project

In 2016, Hawthorne roofs were 18 years old. They are composite shingles and as typical in the Northwest, are tested each winter with wind storms and lots and lots of rain. Moss is a common issue for homes in the Northwest as a lack of sunlight and large Evergreen trees encourage moss growth on all faces of a roof.

The HOA and the HOA management company

are responsible for replacing any damaged areas of the roof and ultimately replacing the roofs through a larger roof replacement project.
